1)The TOTAL Amount, as received and published, will be transferred intirely into VIETKIEUkn.Invest.FUND/Diasporas, around December, 2007, when the FUND should normally, be created, during the 8th EMA Invest Forum, from 5-7, December, in Geneva.

2) Until about 30% of the Amount offered by You, should be transferred back to you Own Account, in VIETKIEUkn.InvestFUND, the day, you would decide to INVEST in Vietnam, through VietKieu.InvestFUND. 

3) The VietKieu.InvestFUND will be managed by a Bank/ Financial Board inside of  EBC , technically and professionally, just like the way, an International Bank or a Financial Insitution, menaging its Investment Funds.

4) You should Invest not only  WHEN and WHERE as wished, with any Amount size as owned in the VIETKIEU.InvestFUND , BUT also guaranteed in the same style as USUALY DONE by CH or International banks or financial insitutions, i.e, by CH, VN and other Governments or by the Central Banks, or by International Institutions like as the FMI, etc.

5)When participating to the Financial Ecovietnam Sponsors List, Your Name or /and, your Company, or Instituion will be graved in Ecovietnam History in eternity. 

6) All Payments will be sent TO, by Postal or bank Bulletins.
