    from  HANOI NATIONAL ECONOMIC UNIVERSITY.
 
     When talking about Exchanges & Cooperation possibities
     between Geneva University and Hanoi National Economic University,
     ALL THREE PROFESSORS. were OK
    and have proposed Prof. Pham quang TRUNG
     to find out, as soon as possible, some concretes propositions FROM VIETNAM SIDE.  
   
     Mr. Nguyen Xuan Luat,  will be among  80 participants
     from HANOI city delegation to GENEVA
     During the HANOI CULTURAL & ECONOMIC WEEK in GENEVA
     from May 24 to May 28
 
     We should call you for a short visit during his stay in Geneva
     and for some eventual exchanges possibilities from Geneva side .
 
     Prof. Nguyen van Nam has accepted
     to be our permanent Contact from Hanoi national Ecomic University
     and we do hope that, you should accept  to be our Contact from Geneva University ?
 
     I very much would like to have your opinion about our widened Ecovietnam work teams

Thank you very much for your message. I will be out of my office durant the second half of this month as I am organizing an important conference for the ILO. I will be very busy and will have unfortunately no time to plan any meeting during this period of time.
